A tent behind the council fire

The Wandmaker's Tent

Duck under the hide-flap behind Tiger Lily's council table and you find yourself in a long, low tent lit by a single lantern. At the back, a very old woman is bent over a bench — Tiger Lily's great-grandmother, the last wandmaker in Neverland. She looks up as though she's been waiting for you all afternoon.

“Come in, little one. Sit by the fire. I'll ask you six small questions — yes or no, that's all — and the wand will do the rest.”
