Early television and oscilloscope screens.
Before screens were flat, they were round and restless. This cabinet houses the earliest attempts to see through time as if it were a broadcast: spinning Nipkow disks, cathode tubes that glow green at three in the morning, and oscilloscopes that sketch the heartbeat of distant storms. Some channels show only snow. Others show moments that have not happened yet.
