The night sky, unstitched.
The window was installed on a night when the sky refused to stay in one place. By day it looks out over the study garden. By night it opens onto whatever part of the universe the house is currently facing. The brass telescope has been aimed at the same patch of nebula for decades; the house may simply be waiting for something to move.
