Mermaid Lagoon After Dark

After sunset the lagoon does the lighting itself. The shallows come up in bands of turquoise, coral shelves glow through the water like windows, jellyfish drift the length of the bay, and the diving bell hangs over a sea of cold light with the moon laying a path straight down the middle.
